The Sales Training Manager is responsible for overseeing the training and development of the sales department, including identifying knowledge gaps and creating processes. Key duties include recruiting, interviewing, and coaching new hires to ensure optimal sales results.
Candidates should have 3 years of sales experience and at least 1 year of training experience, with management experience strongly preferred. A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with strong technology skills and professional communication abilities.
