The Direct Care Coordinator is responsible for developing and managing optimized rosters for the Victorian workforce while serving as the primary contact for staff and service providers. They ensure timely support for aged care customers by balancing service requirements, staff skill sets, and operational efficiency.
Candidates should possess demonstrated rostering capabilities, preferably within the aged care sector, and proficiency in rostering systems like Kronos or Alayacare. Strong organizational skills, lateral thinking, and a positive attitude are essential for managing complex scheduling needs.
