The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing all branch activities and coordinating resources to meet economic, commercial, and income objectives. They must ensure high service quality, foster long-term customer relationships, and actively pursue new business opportunities.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree and possess significant banking experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role. Strong communication skills, proven sales ability, and proficiency in English or Italian are required.

The Branch Manager has to carry out all the activities related to Branch Management by using and coordinating maximally all available sources in order to reach the respective economic, commercial and incomes objectives, in accordance with Bank policies, whilst ensuring and promoting service quality, long term customer relationship and taking the necessary actions for attracting new customer.
