We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee and maximize the performance of a regional real estate portfolio. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who enjoys balancing operations, financial performance, tenant relationships, and strategic planning.
You will play a key role in protecting and enhancing property value while delivering strong financial results and exceptional service to ownership and tenants,
This position reports to the President and Vice President of the Commercial Portfolio and works closely with ownership, accounting, leasing, and facilities teams.
The base salary compensation range for this role reflects the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to, skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each individual. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $85,000- $100,000.
