Escolaridad: Estudios universitarios en curso como mínimo en Administración de Negocios, Marketing, Diseño Industrial, Ingeniería, Arquitectura o carreras afines.
Experiencia: De 3 a 5 años de experiencia en el mercado de superficies sólidas o en la industria de pinturas y recubrimientos.
Manejo básico de Word, Excel y PowerPoint
Habilidades comerciales: Servicio al cliente, prospección, cotización y seguimiento de negocios
Soporte técnico y atención al cliente: Brindar soporte técnico especializado a clientes, asegurando una correcta atención y solución de problemas.
Capacitar a clientes en el uso adecuado de productos, mediante sesiones prácticas y teóricas.
Realizar demostraciones de producto para garantizar su correcta aplicación y maximizar la satisfacción del cliente.
Coordinar proyectos en sitio, fungiendo como enlace entre la empresa y el cliente.
Supervisar y dirigir a inspectores de obra tercerizados, asignando un inspector por proyecto según la carga operativa.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de los tiempos, alcances y especificaciones técnicas de cada proyecto.
Participar en proyectos de aplicación de recubrimientos, incluyendo:
Pintura de tanques
Aplicación de pisos epóxicos
Recubrimientos en cuartos fríos
Proyectos industriales de pintura en diversos activos
Asegurar la correcta preparación y aplicación de los materiales en distintos tipos de superficies.
Garantizar que todos los trabajos se realicen cumpliendo los estándares de calidad establecidos.
Promover y asegurar el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad industrial en todo momento.
Verificar que las actividades se ejecuten de manera correcta, segura y alineada a las expectativas del cliente.
