The Agile Master is responsible for the delivery capability and performance of 2-3 squads within a tribe, acting as part of the leadership team. They focus on optimizing agile processes, fostering self-organization, and supporting Product Owners in achieving goals through data-driven improvements.
Candidates should have a university degree in a relevant field and several years of experience as an Agile Master or Coach in a scaled agile environment. Proficiency in frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, along with strong leadership and change management skills, is required.
