התפקיד כולל הובלה, ליווי וניהול של תהליכי האינטגרציה הטכנולוגית עבור לקוחות שבא קיימים וחדשים המבקשים להתחבר למוצרים ולפתרונות קיימים וחדשים של החברה. התפקיד מתחיל משלב בדיקת ההיתכנות הטכנולוגית מול הלקוח, דרך ליווי צמוד של הלקוח ועד להעברת המערכות לעבודה מלאה בסביבתProduction . מדובר בתפקיד מפתח בתחום CX המשלב הבנה טכנולוגית עמוקה, יכולת פתרון בעיות (Troubleshooting) , הבנה וחיבור עסקי מול גורמים טכניים ועסקיים אצל הלקוח.
מה התפקיד כולל?
● הובלת תהליך הOnboarding הטכנולוגי - ליווי הלקוח מרגע קבלתו לבדיקת התכנות ועד לעלייה לאוויר. הנגשה, הסבר והדרכה של הלקוחות על מפרטי האפיון וה-APIs של מוצרי החברה (נדרשת הכרה מוחלטת של האפיונים הקיימים והחדשים).
● ליווי, ניתוח ופתרון תקלות - מתן מענה טכני שוטף במהלך תקופת הפיתוח והאינטגרציה של הלקוח. ניתוח שגיאות, קריאת לוגים, איתור כשלי תקשורת ומתן פתרונות טכניים ממוקדים.
● ניהול פרויקט החיבור - מעקב אחר אבני הדרך של הלקוח, ניהול GANTT החיבור בצד האינטגרציה, והנעה לפעולה של גורמים פנימיים וחיצוניים כדי לוודא עמידה בלוחות הזמנים של הפרויקט.
● מעבר לייצור – ביצוע בדיקות סופיות (בדיקותSanity ) יחד עם הלקוח בסביבות הטסטים, וליווי צמוד של תהליך המעבר המלא לסביבת הייצור- בהתאם לצורך
