The F&I Manager is responsible for structuring vehicle finance deals, selling value-added insurance products, and ensuring full regulatory compliance. They also manage dealership profitability, maintain relationships with lenders, and provide accurate financial documentation.
Candidates must have a Matric certificate and 3–5 years of dealership F&I experience, with a diploma or degree being advantageous. Essential certifications include RE5, FAIS accreditation, and a valid driver's license, alongside strong knowledge of South African credit legislation.
