Deliver exceptional customer service by managing client check-ins, scheduling appointments, and facilitating communication between clients and the medical team. Handle administrative tasks including payment processing, medical record maintenance, and lobby organization.
Requires at least two years of customer service experience with a preference for previous veterinary reception experience. Candidates must possess strong communication skills, a compassionate attitude, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.
