The Role
As Business Development Manager, you'll be at the front line of our growth strategy, responsible for:
Identifying, targeting and onboarding new business accounts.
Building a strong, sustainable pipeline of new business opportunities.
Generating consistent lead flow to support the wider Drive Approved network.
Developing long-lasting B2B relationships built on trust and results.
Representing Drive Approved as a trusted partner in the finance and automotive industry.
What We're Looking For
Proven business development or B2B sales experience, ideally within finance, automotive or vehicle broking.
A genuine hunter mentality with a track record of winning new accounts.
Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with excellent organisational abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities at once.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
Passion for building partnerships in the automotive and finance industry.
