Be the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service and guiding them through their finance applications.
Build strong relationships by understanding customers’ needs and providing tailored finance solutions.
Process finance applications with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring all documentation is complete.
Maintain detailed client records and collaborate with team members for a smooth and effective workflow.
Experience in customer service, sales, or a call centre environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you know how to build rapport and trust.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing finance applications.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Flexibility to work Saturdays and evenings as needed.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using finance platforms and software.
