Act as the first point of contact for clients, managing scheduling, inquiries, and clinic maintenance. Handle administrative tasks including financial processing, insurance claims, and basic hearing aid maintenance.
Requires at least 2 years of customer service experience and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Candidates must possess strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
