The role is responsible for financial accounting, reporting, and the reconciliation of expenses, accruals, and general ledger accounts. Additionally, it involves managing cash and treasury functions, including payment processing and statutory compliance reporting.
A bachelor's degree in accounting and at least 4 years of experience in accounting or finance are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn Property & Casualty Statutory accounting are essential.
Responsible for a wide range of activities relating to financial accounting and reporting to include, but not limited to, reconciliation of expenses and accruals; preparation and entry of general journal transactions; support of Property & Casualty Statutory accounting and financial statement preparation. Supporting cash management and treasury functions to include, but not limited to, entering payments, providing customer service with payment inquiries and issues.
