The HR Generalist will partner with plant leadership to manage employee relations, conduct investigations, and coordinate engagement initiatives. They will also handle compliance for FMLA, ADA, and EEOC while supporting payroll, benefits, and performance management processes.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field and at least 3 years of progressive HR experience. Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office is required, with SHRM certification and Spanish bilingualism preferred.
