The consultant will lead the development and execution of cultural change management strategies and stakeholder communications to support workforce adoption of federal acquisition reforms. They will also collaborate with agency stakeholders to identify barriers to adoption and implement targeted change interventions.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of experience in organizational change management, preferably within federal agencies. Strong writing skills and demonstrated experience in developing culture change or communication strategies are required.

The Change Management Consultant leads development and execution of the cultural change management strategy and stakeholder communications supporting workforce adoption of the FAR overhaul, working in close collaboration with OFPP and FAI to mature and deliver the culture change campaign.
