Design and optimize safe, cost-effective transport plans across road, rail, and sea for a national FMCG network. Manage the end-to-end order-to-delivery process, including truck allocation and stakeholder communication to ensure on-time delivery.

Requires experience in logistics or transport planning, preferably with proficiency in SAP or similar systems. Candidates must be analytical, organized, and able to work a Sunday to Thursday roster in a fast-paced environment.

Your Impact
As Transport Scheduler based at our Southbank, Melbourne Head Office, you’ll be the heartbeat of our national transport network. From last-mile deliveries to interstate linehaul by road, rail and sea, you’ll design safe, efficient and cost-effective transport plans that keep our customers happy and our operations moving. Every day, you’ll balance service, safety and cost while collaborating with teams across the country.
Please note: the nature of this role requires a Sunday - Thursday roster.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and optimise transport schedules across multiple modes to deliver on time, every time
Own the order-to-delivery process – from order processing and shipment creation to truck allocation and customer time slotting
Solve problems fast by managing escalations and working with stakeholders to keep freight flowing
Drive performance through accurate reporting, proactive communication and continuous improvement initiatives
About You
You’re organised and analytical, with a knack for turning complex transport challenges into clear, achievable plans
You bring experience in logistics or transport planning, ideally with SAP or similar systems
You thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing priorities while keeping customers front of mind
You’re a natural collaborator with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering results
