Lead the development and optimization of liquid beverage formulations to meet brand, quality, and commercial goals. Coordinate with Marketing and Supply Chain to transition products from concept through the Stage & Gate process into full-scale production.
Requires proven experience in liquid formulation within an FMCG environment and strong technical laboratory skills. Candidates must possess a sound understanding of ingredient functionality, regulatory compliance, and the ability to collaborate with external suppliers.
