The Technical Brewer provides technical expertise to optimize brewing processes, ensure quality standards, and improve plant performance at the Yatala Brewery. Key duties include developing SOPs, troubleshooting equipment, and leading process improvement and safety initiatives.
Candidates must hold a degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with IBD qualifications. Prior experience in large-volume brewery production operations and a proven track record of problem-solving in complex manufacturing environments are required.
