The Psychometrician will lead the design, validation, and analysis of academic assessments to ensure they meet accrediting body standards. Key duties include conducting item analysis, applying CTT and IRT models, and producing technical reports to support re-accreditation.
A Master's or Ph.D. in Psychometrics, Statistics, or a related field is required, along with proficiency in statistical software like R, SPSS, or Python. Candidates must have a strong foundation in test validity/reliability frameworks and experience analyzing large-scale assessment data.

Our client, an education company, is seeking a detail-oriented Psychometrician to lead the design, validation, and analysis of the assessments underpinning its academic programs. This engagement is directly tied to the organization's upcoming re-accreditation review: the Psychometrician will ensure that assessment practices, evidence, and documentation meet accrediting body standards, while also strengthening the validity, reliability, and fairness of assessments for all test-takers.
