Lead the development and execution of wealth marketing strategies across EMEA and APAC to drive client acquisition and pipeline growth. Build and scale a regional marketing function while managing a team and collaborating with global stakeholders.
Requires over 10 years of progressive marketing experience within asset management or financial services, specifically focusing on private markets and wealth channels. Must demonstrate a track record of leading international teams and executing complex go-to-market strategies.

Role Summary:
This senior level position will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for the wealth channel across EMEA and APAC, with end-to-end ownership of go-to-market strategy, demand generation and client engagement for AWMS. This role will build and scale a multi-faceted regional wealth marketing function, consistent with global standards and governance, in partnership with U.S. AWMS leadership and various business stakeholders. The successful candidate will combine strategic leadership with hands-on execution and stakeholder management, driving measurable business outcomes across channels and markets.
We are seeking a candidate excited to refine and elevate a regional marketing function, with responsibilities including team development, channel strategy and localized go-to-market infrastructure. The candidate will have exceptional strategic and creative marketing skills, a problem-solving mindset, is skilled at collaborating with stakeholders and is confident in their ability to deliver innovative client experiences.
The candidate is a credible and commercially minded marketing leader with strong judgment and a bias toward action. They operate effectively in a matrixed, global organization, build trust quickly with stakeholders, and lead teams with clarity, accountability and a focus on development.
