Manage all mine personnel, plant operations, and safety programs in accordance with MSHA standards and company policy. Oversee natural aggregates production to maximize efficiency and profitability while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with at least three years of management experience in natural aggregates operations. Must have strong knowledge of MSHA regulations and the ability to lead and develop production teams.
We are currently seeking a Plant Manager for our Conroe, Texas location. In this role you will support a positive safety culture by assisting with the activities and engaging with staff within a mining environment that is regulated by MSHA safety standards. As a Plant Manager you will manage all mine personnel, plant operations, safety program, environmental and community relations in accordance with company policy and government agencies.
