The Administrative Officer is responsible for scanning, organizing, and archiving documents while maintaining electronic and physical filing systems. They also provide administrative support to the China office, assist with data entry, and track payments to clients and providers.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree and possess a good command of English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer skills is required, with 0-2 years of experience preferred.
