The therapist will provide individual and group therapy to residents in an acute secure setting while managing a caseload of 3-4 individuals. Responsibilities include conducting intake assessments, developing treatment plans, and maintaining clinical documentation in electronic medical records.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a human service field and be licensed or license-eligible within six months. Two years of direct therapy experience in mental health, substance use, or IDD is required.

The therapist will provide individual and group therapy to adults residing in an acute secure LTSR setting. Therapists perform initial assessment, complete treatment plans, meet individually with a caseload of 3-4 residents, run two weekly groups and coordinate with program support staff to identify and secure additional services and resources based on client needs.
Group supervision towards licensing
Support with CEU/licensing trainings
