About the Role

As a Transaction Banking Manager in our team, you’ll play a key role in originating, developing, and managing transaction banking opportunities across corporate, commercial and Business banking client segments.  The role focuses on growing revenue through cash management, payments, liquidity, trade finance, and digital banking solutions while delivering exceptional customer outcomes, managing risk, and strengthening strategic client relationships.

What will your day look like?

As a Transaction Banking Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Identifying opportunities to deepen customer relationships through transaction banking solutions and to grow transaction banking revenue;
• Collaborating with Relationship Managers and product partners to develop client strategies;
• Delivering exceptional customer experience and service excellence
• Preparing client proposals and participate in sales pitches
• Supporting client digital adoption initiatives – Fileactive and Transactive
• Resolving client issues and service concerns promptly
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate, commercial, and business banking clients;
• Participating in Transaction Banking Projects; and
• Conducting regular client reviews/visits and strategic discussions.

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

• Strong background in Transaction Banking, Corporate Banking, Cash Management and Trade Solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Sound judgement and decision-making capability.
• Strong client relationship management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Sound understanding of risk, compliance and AML requirements.
• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Finance, Economics, or a related field are preferred.
