Oversee daily business operations and supervise opening and closing shifts to ensure an exceptional guest and employee experience. Assist the General Manager with administrative duties, financial preparation, recruiting, and managing back-of-house operations.
Requires at least 5 years of restaurant management experience, including 2+ years specifically as an Assistant General Manager in a full-service environment. Candidates must be skilled in leading teams and experienced with inventory and BOH systems.
