Provide evidence-based, trauma-informed psychotherapy to adults, youth, and families in both English and a second language. Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans while maintaining clinical documentation in compliance with Medicaid and HIPAA standards.
Requires a Master's degree or higher in a clinical field and bilingual proficiency, with full clinical licensure (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist) strongly preferred. Candidates should have at least 2 years of clinical experience providing therapy to diverse populations in a behavioral health setting.

About the Role
As a Contractual Mental Health Therapist II, you'll provide evidence-based, trauma-informed psychotherapy to adults, youth, and families in both English and a second language, expanding access to care for clients who need language-concordant services. You'll conduct comprehensive assessments, build individualized treatment plans, and deliver individual, family, and group therapy — all on a flexible, fee-for-service basis.
This is an ideal opportunity for a licensed clinician looking to supplement their practice, build community mental health experience, or maintain a flexible caseload without full-time commitment. You'll work a hybrid schedule with the flexibility to serve clients in-person, via telehealth, and in community-based settings.
Schedule: 10–20 hours per week, hybrid, with agency office access to meet program needs
Compensation: Fee-for-service
