The Insurance Direct Bill Specialist manages all aspects of direct bill payments, including reconciling statements, posting payments, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role also serves as a key contact for billing inquiries, providing timely and professional support to clients, carriers, and internal teams. · Basic AMS360 Knowledge
· One year insurance experience
