Responsible for receiving, sorting, distributing mail related items delivered via overnight carrier, PO Box delivery service and USPS. Ordering supplies, keeping track of supply inventory, and facility maintenance of the office. Filing, scanning, saving documents received and notating system records.
Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities:
· Ordering supplies, maintaining supply list inventory.
· Receiving mail, overnight deliveries, sorting, distributing items received.
· Facilities maintenance for office (coordinating with janitorial staff, building maintenance etc.)
· Vehicle title inventory, logging information into database; notating system records.
· Ad hoc projects requested by Management
Required Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:
· Detail oriented
· Proficient in Excel
· Ability to multi-task
Industry and Work Experience:
· 0-1 years of experience
Academic:
· High school diploma or GED required

Pay Range:

$19.00 - $26.60
