The role is responsible for ensuring high availability of production applications through Informatica platform administration and ETL batch management. Key duties include troubleshooting software environment issues, performing root cause analysis, and managing tool installations and upgrades.

•Administration and management of Informatica tool for on-prem and cloud, user groups, permissions
• Experience with administrative, migration and product upgrades in Informatica space; should be experienced with installation and setup
• Should have extensive knowledge of handling the ETL production batches and should be able to take care of ETL batch recoveries in case any infrastructure issue.
• Troubleshooting experience and handling call with Informatica Product team
• Generate innovative ideas and apply them in implementing solutions.
• Flexibility and adaptability towards changing organizational needs.
• Good Communication skills
• Provides technical assistance for incoming queries and issues related to the software products
• Maintains operational day-to-day IT functions of Informatica products
• Performs root cause analysis to determine nature of software environment issues as they arise and provide solution.
