The Controller leads all accounting, financial reporting, and compliance activities for a manufacturing organization. This includes overseeing the financial close process, managing cost accounting, and partnering with executive leadership to support strategic business decisions.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 7-10+ years of progressive experience, including 3-5 years in a manufacturing leadership role. A CPA designation and proficiency in ERP systems are strongly preferred.
