Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing communications to recover past-due account balances. Utilize skip tracing tools and maintain detailed documentation of all account activities and verifications.
Requires a high school diploma and at least 2 years of call center or customer service experience. Candidates must possess a smartphone and be comfortable working on camera in a remote environment.

Third Party Hours of Operation
Mon: 8:00AM EST – 8:00PM EST
Tue: 8:00AM EST – 8:00PM EST
Wed: 8:00AM EST – 6:00PM EST
Thu: 8:00AM EST – 6:00PM EST
Fri: 8:00AM EST – 5:00PM EST (Open 2 Friday nights 8:00AM EST – 6:00PM EST monthly)
ALL EMPLOYEES MUST WORK THE FOLLOWING:
Employees must work a minimum of 4 hours per shift, cannot work more than 10 hours per shift and must work a minimum of 5 days per week (Saturday-Friday).
Employees cannot schedule a split shift and may only work 1 shift per day.
