The Associate Director builds and manages high-impact partnerships with health systems and community organizations to advance the American Cancer Society's mission. They lead the development of coordinated care linkages and implement evidence-based strategies to improve cancer prevention and treatment outcomes.
Candidates must have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in public health, health administration, or a related field. A minimum of five years of experience in health care or nonprofit management with a strong background in relationship development is required.

The starting rate is $80,000 to $85,000. The final candidate's relevant experience/skills will be considered before an offer is extended. Actual starting pay will vary based on non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
