Perform loss adjustment, pre-acceptance, and quality control inspections for Crop Hail and Federally Reinsured Crop Insurance products. Communicate with insureds to gather facts for claim settlements and recommend software enhancements for compliance.
Requires a Bachelor's degree and/or 2+ years of claims adjusting experience along with a valid driver's license. Candidates must be able to obtain adjuster certifications and be physically capable of climbing grain bins and traveling overnight.

As a member of our Claims Team, you will be responsible for performing loss adjustment, pre-acceptance and quality control activities for Crop Hail and Federally Reinsured Crop Insurance products.

The expected starting salary range for this position is between $ 50,000 and $65,000. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
