The Training Coordinator supports the implementation of training programs by translating materials and facilitating sessions for Swahili-speaking employees in a production environment. The role also involves monitoring training compliance, conducting orientation, and providing hands-on support to production operations.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have experience in a production or general worker role. Proficiency in both Swahili and English is required, along with strong computer skills and the ability to perform physical tasks like lifting up to 50 lbs.
The Training Coordinator supports the implementation and sustainment of training programs and special projects that enhance employee capability within the production environment. This role partners closely with Operations Trainers and Manufacturing Supervisors to ensure effective training delivery and communication for all team members with a focus on non-English speakers (specifically focused for Swahili speakers).
