The Associate supports the Business Development team by managing commercial interactions with Rating Evaluation Service clients and handling client queries. Additionally, they serve as the Salesforce Administrator and prepare financial reports for senior management.
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field is required along with 2 to 3 years of job-related experience. Experience in the rating agency or insurance industry is considered a plus.
The Associate will be a member of the Business Development team in the Americas, assisting with the commercial interactions with all Rating Evaluation Service (RES) clients. Additionally, the Associate will assist the manager with a variety of projects/activities related to record-keeping and revenue data.
Maintain the role of Salesforce Administrator including: • Ensure compliance of corporate record-keeping policies, including updating records, performing audits and providing feedback to management• Handle the management of Business Development Team's Opportunities• Pull lead referral report from Salesforce and provide quarterly updates to Head of Business Development
