Lead enterprise transformation initiatives and serve as a trusted advisor to client executives on business process optimization and ERP implementations. Manage multiple client engagements while supporting business development and the growth of the firm.
Requires 6-8+ years of consulting experience, specifically leading ERP or transformation programs, preferably from a Big 4 or strategy firm. Must have a bachelor's degree and demonstrated success in managing executive-level relationships and complex project delivery.
Position Overview
The Senior Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to client executives while leading enterprise transformation initiatives focused on business process optimization, ERP implementations, systems integration, data architecture, and organizational change.
This role requires an individual who can move seamlessly between the boardroom and the project team—developing strategic recommendations, identifying operational improvement opportunities, facilitating process design sessions, supporting business development efforts, and ensuring successful execution of transformation initiatives.
The successful candidate will possess a strong consulting background, preferably from a Big 4 or leading strategy consulting firm, combined with proven experience delivering complex ERP and business transformation programs.
This position reports directly to the CEO and will play a meaningful role in both client delivery and the continued growth of the firm.
