Responsible for the comparison and reconciliation of securities transactions with counterparties to ensure timely and accurate settlement. Provides back-office support to investment advisors and resolves trade, cash, and position reconciliation issues.
Requires 3+ years of experience in back-office operations for a self-clearing broker-dealer and a FINRA Series 99 certification. Must have expert knowledge of DTCC suite applications and experience with fail control and buy-ins.

About the position
As Altruist enters an expansion phase for our revolutionary product offering, we’re seeking an experienced Senior Settlements Operations Analyst to help position us for future growth and success. As a Senior Settlements Operations Analyst will be responsible for the comparison and reconciliation of securities transactions with street side counterparties and settling those transactions timely and accurately while adhering to policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
