The Talent Analyst is responsible for proactively identifying and cultivating relationships with high-potential executive talent to build a durable leadership pipeline. They will execute outbound strategies and provide market landscape insights to support Alpine's investment team.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and 1-3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or business development. Strong communication skills, executive presence, and a self-starter mentality are essential.
Alpine Investors is seeking a Talent Analyst to join its talent team. This position is focused on proactively identifying, engaging, and cultivating relationships with high-potential executive talent. This Analyst will be a part of developing a team that works across Alpine’s portfolio to (i) grow our leadership network, (ii) build a durable pipeline of future executives, and (iii) serve as a trusted advisor to Alpine’s investment team. Given the exposure in this role, Analysts will gain a front-row view of how Alpine builds and backs world-class teams, creating a clear runway to advance into a talent leadership role over time. This role is based in Austin, TX and the target start date for this role is as soon as possible.
