You will consult with homeowners and contractors to recommend heating and cooling systems using proprietary design software. This role involves guiding customers through the decision-making process, addressing technical concerns, and managing the sales cycle from inquiry to purchase.
No prior HVAC experience is required as comprehensive training is provided. Candidates should have experience in consultative or customer-facing roles and be comfortable learning technical products and software.

Alpine Home Air Products is looking for a curious, technically inclined sales professional who can help homeowners make confident decisions about heating and cooling systems.
This is a consultative inside-sales role. You’ll speak with homeowners and contractors, understand their projects, build system recommendations using our proprietary tools, explain the available options, and guide customers toward a purchase that fits their home, priorities, and budget.
You do not need to arrive as an HVAC expert. You do need to be comfortable learning technical products, asking thoughtful questions, making recommendations, and helping customers move from uncertainty to a clear decision.
What You Will DoExperience with HVAC, home improvement, appliances, construction products, building materials, technical products, or other high-consideration purchases is helpful but not required.
