Provide evidence-based, trauma-informed screening, assessment, and therapeutic interventions for children and families impacted by abuse and neglect. Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans and support placement stability.
Requires a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field and licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of Florida. Preference is given to candidates with two years of post-master's experience and certification in trauma-focused treatments.

ASCF is situated on a 5-acre campus that includes an outpatient mental health and research center, along with 6 single-family foster homes. Foster parents and children on campus receive comprehensive intervention and support services from a team of trauma-informed professionals.
Position Title: Mental Health Clinician
Employment Status: Full-time, exempt
Salary Range: $60,000-$85,000/year
ASCF is seeking a licensed or license-eligible Mental Health Clinician to provide evidence-based, trauma-informed screening, assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic intervention to children and families impacted by abuse, neglect, and child welfare involvement. This role is essential to ensuring comprehensive, high-quality, trauma-informed care for every child and family served, while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team model.
