Manage customer orders, inquiries, and complaints professionally while utilizing SAP for order processing and delivery monitoring. Coordinate with internal departments like Sales and Logistics to ensure timely shipments and maintain accurate customer master data.
Requires 3-5 years of customer service experience with knowledge of logistics and proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office. A graduate degree is required, and a certification in Trading or Logistics is considered an advantage.
