Your main responsibilities:

• People Leadership & Growth: Coach, mentor, and support an engineering team, ensuring their well-being and professional growth.

• Architectural & Business Alignment: Maintain a holistic view of the technical architecture, ensuring that engineering solutions align with the broader business context and platform goals.

• Technical Guidance: Support engineers in product development (especially within the Looker, Big Data/Python, GenAI and agentic stack), perform code reviews , and guide the team in leveraging AI-assisted coding.

• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with Product Manager, business-  and technical stakeholders.

This is the right job for you if:

• You are an Experienced Engineering Leader: You have a proven track record of managing engineering teams, combined with a strong, hands-on engineering background that allows you to guide technical decisions effectively.

• You have a Broad Technical Horizon: You possess a solid understanding and orientation across Python and GCP environments.

• You have skills and experience in terms of data analytics, especially in the Looker stack.

• You possess a solid foundation or proficiency in GenAI and agentic AI.

• You enjoy Cross-Functional Impact: You are eager to drive your team's core deliverables while also engaging in company-wide initiatives, task forces, or working groups.

• You are Proactive and autonomous: You naturally signal issues, bottlenecks, or risks early without needing to be asked or prompted.

• You meet the Language Requirements: You are a native or fluent Polish speaker (essential for smooth communication with our fully Polish team) and speak English at a minimum B2 level.
