The Quality Control Technician analyzes product and process quality while supporting operations in complaint investigations and risk management. They are responsible for maintaining the calibration program and contributing to continuous improvement projects.
Requires a high school diploma, with an associate or bachelor's degree preferred and two years of relevant experience. Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, and knowledge of ISO standards is highly desired.
Position Summary
Quality Technician is a trusted subject matter expert in analyzing quality of products and processes. Quality Technician will be responsible for providing support to the Operations team in complaint investigations, corrective actions, risk management, and problem solving. Quality Technician shall maintain knowledge of products and processes as required to support day-to-day operations and continuous improvement activities.
