Manter, monitorar e operar os sistemas e subsistemas de refrigeração, ar condicionado, exaustão, ventilação, sistema de diesel, detecção e combate à incêndio, sistemas de controle de acesso e CFTV, sistemas e subsistemas de elétrica, geradores, nobreaks, painéis de alta, média e baixa tensão e de distribuição mediante a execução de planos de manutenção preventiva, corretiva e preditiva definidos em calendário de manutenção, objetivando assegurar alta confiabilidade e disponibilidade dos sistemas implantados nas diversas dependências do Data Center. Auxiliar na elaboração de relatórios para os clientes internos e externos, procedimentos operacionais e controle de indicadores da área. Operar e realizar manobras no Datacenter de forma a disponibilizar equipamentos para manutenções ou solucionar incidentes, seguindo os processos e procedimentos vigentes.

Monitorar, supervisionar e atuar no BMS ( Building Management System), nos sistemas e subsistemas elétricos, mecânicos e auxiliares, fornecendo informações necessárias as equipes de campo. Monitorar o NOC e todos os sistemas utilizados pela Odata, como BMS, SDAI, CFTV, SCA, chamados de clientes, Zabbix, etc.
Realizar e reportar avaliações técnicas de incidentes (falhas de equipamentos), efetuar ações corretivas e registrar em sistema específico, bem como, quando necessário, elaborar relatórios e encaminhar à gestão imediata para tomada de decisões. Ler e interpretar diagramas elétricos, manuais e normas técnicas. Reparar e ou substituir os componentes mecânicos conforme orientações técnicas com administração do tempo e recursos necessários para cada intervenção, bem como, ler e interpretar desenhos mecânicos, diagramas elétricos, manuais e normas técnicas. Elaborar relatórios e encaminhar à gestão imediata para tomada de decisões.
Conduzir chamados de clientes, atuando ou direcionando corretamente às equipes internas ODATA conforme a solicitação.
Garantir que todas as manutenções e atividades realizadas no Datacenter sejam realizadas conforme os processos definidos pela área de operações.
Garantir conformidade com o plano de manutenção preventiva, gestão de mudanças, gestão de incidentes, gestão de solicitações de serviço, procedimentos operacionais aprovados e atualizados. Responder de forma imediata todos os incidentes do Datacenter, operando os sistemas de todas as disciplinas de forma à garantir a disponibilidade operacional.
Apoiar na escrita e revisão de procedimentos operacionais, rotinas de manutenção e revisão de relatórios de prestadores de serviço.
Assegurar que as melhores práticas de Sáude, Segurança do Trabalho e Meio Ambiente sejam cumpridas na realização das atividades de operação e manutenção do sistema eletromecânico da Organização. Desempenhar suas atividades em conformidade com as Políticas, Procedimentos, Instruções de Trabalho do SGI da ODATA, bem como respeitando as legislações inerentes as atividades. Realizar todos os treinamentos obrigatórios e recomendados, conforme orientação da área de EHS.
Cumprir a escala de trabalho e utilizar os equipamentos de proteção individual e coletiva em toda e qualquer intervenção de manutenção, bem como agir de forma conjunta com outras equipes na estratégia de operação e manutenção dos sistemas.
Apoiar na gestão e controle de estoque. Garantir a organização dos almoxarifados para correta reposição de insumos operacionais e "spare parts" críticos. Recebimento de materiais eletromecânicos e produtos químicos (Diesel, Tintas, Tratamento Água, etc)
Realizar rondas e inspeções no Datacenter, realizando reparos diversos quando necessário: reparo em luminárias, portas, encanamentos, paredes, equipamentos de microinformática, exaustores, componentes de sistemas auxiliares, etc.
