The Accounts Payable Team Lead is responsible for managing the shared services team, ensuring accurate vendor payments, and maintaining high-quality financial reporting. They will also focus on process standardization, KPI development, and cross-functional collaboration with internal business units and treasury.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Administration and possess at least 5 years of experience in Purchasing or Accounts Payable. Additionally, the role requires 3+ years of people management experience and advanced proficiency in both English and Spanish.

Job Purpose:
The Accounts Payable Shared Services Manager is responsible for the highest quality services within the North America Accounts Payable Shared Service Center. Ensuring timely and accurate payment of all vendor invoices and the related internal/external accounting and reporting. Responsible for improvement and standardization of processes and development and reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
