The Cost Manager will manage construction estimates and build costs for hyperscale data centre projects while ensuring adherence to budget and quality measures. They will collaborate with engineering and procurement teams to develop cost plans, identify risks, and provide data-driven reporting to senior leadership.
Candidates must have successful experience in cost-estimating complex large-scale construction or data centre projects. A solid understanding of construction methodologies and electrical/mechanical systems is required, along with strong analytical and communication skills.
