The driver is responsible for the safe and timely delivery of catering orders while maintaining company vehicles and providing stellar customer service. They also assist with kitchen prep, inventory stocking, and ensuring compliance with all safety and airport security regulations.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and previous face-to-face customer service experience in aviation, food services, or hospitality. A clean driving record and the ability to pass an FAA on-ramp security clearance are mandatory.
The Driver’s primary duty is delivering all orders, shopping, maintaining delivery vehicles and providing stellar customer service at every FBO and Client location.
Under the supervision of the General Manager, the Driver will be responsible for managing the timeliness of the final product that will be delivered to the appropriate location.
Annual Performance Review- success will be measured using results of the Annual Performance Review (2X per- year), which are established bi-annually, just prior to the new Fiscal Year starting & at the 6-month mark of the fiscal year, to include Specific Job Responsibilities and our Core Service Goals:
