The Senior Administrative Assistant supports the executive team and Director of Operations by managing pilot records, payroll, and various departmental reports. They also oversee facility maintenance, security badging, and corporate credit card administration.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least 6 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to obtain security clearances are required.

SHIFT
1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm. Occasional overtime may be necessary.
