Conduct maintenance sign-offs and return-to-service approvals. Complete all required documentation accurately in accordance with established company and FAA procedures
Coordinate daily maintenance operations, logistics, and site readiness with internal teams and external stakeholders
Perform and oversee aircraft launch and recovery operations, pre- and post-flight ground support activities, and the maintenance/operation of ground support equipment
Uphold rigorous standards for safety, cleanliness, and organization to maintain a showroom-quality hangar environment. Ensure the team works in accordance with established operating procedures, company policies, and regulatory requirements
Participate in Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP) and support domestic maintenance launch efforts, special projects, and additional maintenance programs as assigned
Required

5+ years of relevant aircraft maintenance and inspection experience, including experience with advanced aircraft systems
1+ years of demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in an aviation environment
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, maintenance manuals, and technical documents. Proficiency with electronic equipment, hand tools, and precision measuring equipment
Strong written and verbal communication skills; basic computer skills and familiarity with maintenance documentation systems
Willingness to work extended hours and travel domestically as required to support fleet operations. Must possess a valid passport with no travel restrictions
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Demonstrated proficiency in reading and speaking English.
