As part of our ongoing growth, we’re looking for Senior and experienced Claims Technical Professionals who understand the challenges our customers and teams face when dealing with complex property claims. In this role, you'll ensure that every customer receives the guidance, expertise, and reassurance they need to navigate the claims process smoothly. You will collaborate with specialists, uphold our high standards, and work with integrity to deliver fair resolutions—because at Ageas, doing right by our customers is what matters most.
As such, Ageas Insurance are looking for a Claims Buildings
Consultant, with extensive experience in loss analysis, as well as a strong
understanding of insurance industry scoping tools and technology for loss
validation, triage and settlement optimisation.
As a Claims Buildings Consultant, you will provide technical support and
referral assistance to Technical Leads and Senior Claims Handlers, supporting
technical capability and governance, gathering insights through referrals,
targeted file reviews, escalated case support. You will use supply chain
performance insight to support the smooth delivery of customer and business
outcomes in real time for Ageas customers and teams.
