The attorney will manage personal injury cases from litigation through resolution, including negotiating with insurance companies and arguing motions in court. They will also conduct depositions, handle arbitrations, and guide clients through the litigation process while utilizing legal technology.
Candidates must hold a J.D. and an active Washington state license. Experience in plaintiff or insurance defense litigation, including depositions and motion practice, is required.
