The role involves performing load calculations, sizing and selecting equipment, and reviewing shop drawings for mechanical systems. As experience grows, the engineer will lead project teams, write specifications, and manage client meetings and construction-phase work.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or architectural engineering and at least 2 years of experience designing HVAC systems for sophisticated facilities. EIT certification and proficiency in Revit MEP or AutoCAD are preferred.

As a Senior Commissioning Engineer in our Washington, DC office, you will help us empower our clients to achieve energy-efficient building solutions, save global environments, and create a better, greener future for all.
In this role, you will carry out activities related to project construction and contract administration including developing and coordinating system test procedures, organizing user training sessions, administering functional performance tests, conducting field observations, attending progress meetings, and assisting in document control.
The estimated starting salary range for this position: $115,000 - $180,000.
